Ashwells currently collect and process personal information in accordance with this privacy policy and in compliance with the relevant data protection laws.
 

All of the personal data collected by Ashwells is handled by senior staff members located within the UK and unless required otherwise, is to only be accessed within our registered trading premises and no third party will have access to your data without your prior consent or in the event we are legally obliged to do so.
 

The majority of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the purpose of providing our services, however, we also receive personal information indirectly from our instructing clients, to whom, we understand will usually hold your prior consent for them to transfer your information to us.
 

If we have received your prior consent, we may process your data to contact you with regards to unique business opportunities and or to update you with regards to other services in which we can offer you.
 

We may also contact you to provide updates of our recent activities as a company or with any important messages which we may need to circulate.

We will generally keep your personal data for a minimum of 6 years, once this period has passed, a review of your data will be conducted to ensure it is no longer required for any legal or case related purpose(s) for which it was collected/obtained and is not subject to any legal obligations presented to us. In the event that there is no reason for us to retain the information after the minimum 6-year period, the personal data will be securely destroyed.


If you have consented to receiving marketing correspondence from us, we will retain your data until such time that you notify us that you no longer wish for us to retain this information.
